Nicky Sheppard

Focusing on the natural world, its colours and shapes, I try to capture the unusual and often unseen parts of nature through my macro and abstract photography. The detail and complex forms that can be found through the lense of a camera are often breathtaking, resulting in images that can only be described as surreal. I love producing pictures with an impressionistic feel, leaving the viewer wondering whether it is a photograph or a painting.
